This is the story of Ahmed Khatib, a Palestinian boy shot dead by Israeli soldiers. His father decides to donate his son's organs to Israeli children as a gesture of peace. A powerful documentary on people, who have learned to live with everyday conflict, but have not given up their hope for peace. Ismael lost his 12-year-old son Ahmed. He was shot by an Israeli soldier while he was playing with a plastic riffle. Despite his grief, Ismael decided to donate his son's organs to save the lives of four Israeli children. One and half years later, he visits the children whose lives were saved by the premature death of his son. The film is a journey throughout today's Israel which not only leads to the recipient families, but also attempts to reconstruct the events that took place in Jenin in 2005.
