Germany's first food-show for men goes on air!

In addition to the main topic "MEAT" and its preparation, the show deals with all kinds of related food and beverage subjects. Whether doing research on a farm, in a butcher's shop or a brewery - Quality is in the focus of interest!  To find it, Steffen Wink, famous German actor and show host, even goes on a road trip across the country.
The pilot episode presents three types of meat which were frowned upon as mass products for a long time but just had a revival in excellent quality. Chops, ribs and collar steaks made from the right type of pork can even rival a dry aged steak. To finally set up the perfect BBQ-Party, it also needs the right charcoal, a mouth-watering beer and some good grill-advice. "BEEF!" treats all those questions and presents the answers with tasteful, high class images.

The show is based on the successful German print magazine "BEEF!", published since 2009 by "Gruner & Jahr Verlag". The journal provides its readers with sophisticated and exclusively created recipes, Special knowledge about preparation, groceries and hardware as well as background-information about cooking and eating habits all around the world.
